Expanding Time and Space

What if you could view time as form and movement that is smooth, elegant, expressive and beautiful?  How would you feel if daily tasks became pleasing contributions to your own spaces within time?

"In a moment of grace, we can grasp eternity in the palm of our hand." Marcel Marceau

We long for more time to feel balanced and refreshed, yet we misuse time and even blame time for our discontentment.  It's not time that is causing us to miss deadlines and opportunities-it's the choices we make within it. Yet in every moment we make choices that put us into conflict with time, ourselves and others. So what if we changed our relationship to time by viewing ourselves elegantly moving through it, poised to make wise decisions, open to feel the flow of creativity.

My own relationship to time has inspired me to write to you and offer you different ways to view time. You may be thinking that I will advise you on ways to get organized so you have more efficiency and feel more productive. Yes-this is important! You must find a system that works for you so you have a way to plan your days, keep track of things, know what's due and to know where you need to be.

Today we live in a culture where time is precious because our productivity is expected to move at lightning speed-interesting how 'light' is an element here.  By suspending the meaning of 'lightning' and switching this to have new meaning for us as 'light' to guide us, 'light' to lift and soften us, 'light' to see clearly-our relationship to moving through time could actually have us feel more free flowing, open and productive. You may even feel a deeper connection to yourself and others when you are in synergy with time.

We long for more time-to have greater capacity to easily accommodate daily activities without feeling frantic to complete our important tasks, open up to creativity, move forward with new inspiration and motivation. It is possible to enhance the quality of our time in all that we do when we change how we think of ourselves in connection with the energy of time.  By making a shift in your relationship with it and viewing time as something within you rather than outside of you, you can begin to create more space as linear time moves forward.

My approach to time comes from a different perspective after searching long and hard to create more balance in my life that makes me feel completely graceful, empowered, happy and fulfilled.  By cultivating a new relationship with time and practicing new ways to be in it, you will feel nurtured and supported from deep within.
